WHAT DOES THE PRESS SAY?
From Brainwise to Mindgility®..
- Thank you very much for your message! The library has really helped me a lot during this week of revisions. Anyway, thanks again for your help! It helped me regain my self-confidence. I think what really worked for me was the "Get Better" mentality and not the "Be Good" mentality. I tried to work on every subject, not for the baccalaureate but for myself, to be able to learn something more, for the pleasure of improving myself. That's what motivated me in a way.
In addition to that, doing sports regularly also helped to maintain motivation. Meditation also played a very important role: to let go, to put things into perspective, etc...
Joseph (Student)
It is the possibility given to children to understand themselves, to understand others (including parents) by knowing their emotions and recognising them to always go towards the only one that does us good "joy" while accepting others. All those emotions that make them what they are and us what we are.
It is to educate to peace, to human potential.

The approach really helped my son to understand himself, and his approach to learning, better for his recent important exams. Using them literally brought color to our study sessions together. At last, we had a tool that made sense of the learning process. Blue was for theory - what we need to know, Yellow for discussion - how we start to understand, Red for quick quizzes- break it down and check it out and Green was for how we all find our personal way to store and retrieve everything we need to know for future reference. It was brilliant. Now we can’t wait to continue the 4Colors journey and understand more about how we can improve communication in our family, at school and at work. Thank You for such an inspiring gift.
Lynn (mother of an IGCSE son)
Thank you, Sophie, for this great experience; I really liked your presentation which was clear; part 2 was very interesting because you gave us a tool that is easy to use. The example of the triangle for poetry was concrete... thanks to you, I became aware that it was necessary to establish a dialogue and take into account the feelings of my child instead of imposing while still arriving at the end at the goal we had set ourselves.
Marion
Thank you for your kind support all through those months. My son keeps bringing good grades and we are proud of him. All of this is thanks to all your pieces of advice. He didn't even know he could do all of this. Thank you.
Nadia
You are doing a wonderful job which is essential: in building young people, in their ability to know themselves, in their self-confidence and undeniably in their future success whatever path they choose to pursue. Thank you for the work you have done with our daughter.
Rudi
Thanks for all you've done for us and Mateo this last year. We were discussing the best and the worst this week, and Mateo's new confidence and results were the first thing we discussed. Thank you - it wouldn't have been possible without you.

As a leader, maintaining both your own well-being and that of others while learning in the flow of life can be a real challenge today.
